What this index covers

This is every city in the directory: 3,100 of them, holding 6,844 listings between them, across 50 states. A "city" here is whatever the business record gave as its locality, so neighbouring municipalities appear separately rather than being rolled into a metro — Brooklyn, for instance, has its own entry with 32 listings rather than sitting inside New York. The number in brackets after each name is that city's total listing count, chain locations included.

The distribution is long-tailed. 1,764 of the 3,100 cities listed here hold exactly one card shop, and only 67 hold ten or more. The largest are San Antonio, TX (54), Houston, TX (52), Las Vegas, NV (46), and Brooklyn, NY (32). That shape is why this A–Z index exists at all: for most of the country the useful page is a single city, not a metro ranking.

647 of these cities have nothing but national chain locations in them. They are still listed and still linked here, because the shop pages underneath them are real pages, but the city pages themselves carry a noindex tag — a page whose entire content is three near-identical GameStop entries is not something worth putting in search results.

Each city page lists its independent shops first, ordered by Google rating weighted against review volume, then collects any chain locations into a block at the end, then links the nearest other cities with shops by straight-line distance. To go the other way, start from the state index. Data is dated .
