Kowabunga Comics TCG 4.8(407)

The address on file for Kowabunga Comics is 650 E Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. The directory files this listing under trading card games. That is a classification applied to the business record, not the result of anyone checking a display case. Measured from its coordinates, the nearest other shops in the directory are 5 Star Cards of Wisconsin (under a mile) and Wally's Sports Card and Collectibles (12 miles). There are 2 card shops on file in Oconomowoc; this is the first entry in that list. Order on a city page comes from rating shrunk toward the site-wide average by review volume, so a 5.0 from nine reviews does not automatically lead. The record carries a phone number and a website, so there are two ways to check something before setting out.

Statewide, Wisconsin accounts for 100 independent listings spread over 60 cities, plus 36 chain locations. Of the 2 Oconomowoc listings carrying a rating, this one is first by review count, with 407 behind its 4.8 stars. If Oconomowoc comes up short, Watertown (1 shop, ~12 mi) and Waukesha (~14 mi) are the nearest alternatives on file. Hours are posted for 6 of the seven days; Monday is marked closed. What the directory does not hold is inventory: there is no record here of what is in the case on a given day, which sets are open, or what the shop pays for cards. Call before you drive.
