Gambits Games and Anime TCG + Sports 4.2(226)

The address on file for Gambits Games and Anime is 1220 Lloyd Center, Portland, OR 97232. Its 4.2-star Google rating rests on 226 reviews, the fourth-largest review count of the 8 rated listings in Portland. Hours are posted for all seven days of the week. The record carries a phone number and a website; 11 of Portland's 13 listings have a website on file. On the Portland page, which lists 13 shops (10 independent, 3 chain), this listing sits seventh. That order is a rating weighted by review count, not alphabetical and not by distance. Measured from its coordinates, the nearest other shops in the directory are GameStop (under a mile) and Battle Grounds Gaming Cafe (under a mile).

Oregon as a whole has 89 independent shops on file across 44 cities and 27 chain locations alongside them. Posted hours exist for 10 of Portland's 13 listings, this one included. The directory files this listing under both trading card games and sports cards. That is a classification applied to the business record, not the result of anyone checking a display case. Opening times on the schedule start as early as 11 AM, and the latest close on it is 7 PM. What the directory does not hold is inventory: there is no record here of what is in the case on a given day, which sets are open, or what the shop pays for cards. Call before you drive.
