New York as a whole has 253 independent shops on file across 144 cities and 100 chain locations alongside them. The directory files this listing under trading card games. That is a classification applied to the business record, not the result of anyone checking a display case. The closest other cities with listings are Long Island City, about 2 miles out with 1 shop, and Astoria at roughly 4 miles. On the New York page, which lists 22 shops (20 independent, 2 chain), this listing sits sixth. That order is a rating weighted by review count, not alphabetical and not by distance. What the directory does not hold is inventory: there is no record here of what is in the case on a given day, which sets are open, or what the shop pays for cards. Call before you drive.
