The Collector TCG 3.6(19)

The address on file for The Collector is 2111 E 18th St, Brooklyn, NY 11229. If Brooklyn comes up short, Ridgewood (3 shops, ~6 mi) and Glendale (~6 mi) are the nearest alternatives on file. Posted hours exist for 27 of Brooklyn's 32 listings, this one included. Two other listings sit close by: The Hot Corner, under a mile off, and Patnèpam at 2 miles. Classification here is trading card games — a directory-level label drawn from the business listing rather than from a stock check. Of the 15 Brooklyn listings carrying a rating, this one is twelfth by review count, with 19 behind its 3.6 stars.

New York as a whole has 253 independent shops on file across 144 cities and 100 chain locations alongside them. The schedule on this listing covers every day of the week. On the Brooklyn page, which lists 32 shops (23 independent, 9 chain), this listing sits 15th. Order on a city page comes from rating shrunk toward the site-wide average by review volume, so a 5.0 from nine reviews does not automatically lead. There is a phone number on this listing but no website. That is the common case: 11 of Brooklyn's 32 listings have no site on file either. What the directory does not hold is inventory: there is no record here of what is in the case on a given day, which sets are open, or what the shop pays for cards. Call before you drive.
