Iron City Games TCG 4.7(41)

This listing places Iron City Games at 2654 Co Rd 17 in Birmingham, AL 35244. Of the 7 Birmingham listings carrying a rating, this one is sixth by review count, with 41 behind its 4.7 stars. The schedule on this listing covers every day of the week. Both a phone number and a website are on file, which puts this listing among the 7 of 10 in Birmingham that link out to a site of their own. Birmingham holds 10 listings here — 8 independent shops and 2 national chain locations — and this one appears sixth on that page. Order on a city page comes from rating shrunk toward the site-wide average by review volume, so a 5.0 from nine reviews does not automatically lead.

The directory files this listing under trading card games. That is a classification applied to the business record, not the result of anyone checking a display case. 8 of the 10 Birmingham listings carry posted hours at all, so this is one of the more complete records in the city. The two closest listings to it are Card Addicts, under a mile away, and Baseball Card Store at under a mile. Statewide, Alabama accounts for 64 independent listings spread over 42 cities, plus 33 chain locations. What the directory does not hold is inventory: there is no record here of what is in the case on a given day, which sets are open, or what the shop pays for cards. Call before you drive.
