Metro Retro TCG 4.6(133)

The address on file for Metro Retro is 751 Commerce St, Tacoma, WA 98402. 9 of the 10 Tacoma listings carry posted hours at all, so this is one of the more complete records in the city. On the Tacoma page, which lists 10 shops (7 independent, 3 chain), this listing sits second. That order is a rating weighted by review count, not alphabetical and not by distance. The closest other cities with listings are Lakewood, about 3 miles out with 3 shops, and McChord AFB at roughly 5 miles. The widest the posted week gets is 11 AM at one end and 7 PM at the other.

Both a phone number and a website are on file, which puts this listing among the 8 of 10 in Tacoma that link out to a site of their own. Measured from its coordinates, the nearest other shops in the directory are GameStop (2 miles) and GameStop (3 miles). 133 Google reviews back the 4.6-star figure — second by volume among Tacoma's 6 rated shops. The directory files this listing under trading card games. That is a classification applied to the business record, not the result of anyone checking a display case. What the directory does not hold is inventory: there is no record here of what is in the case on a given day, which sets are open, or what the shop pays for cards. Call before you drive.
