Wax Pax Sports

The address on file for Wax Pax is 625 W Maxwell Ave, Spokane, WA 99201. Spokane holds 11 listings here — 6 independent shops and 5 national chain locations — and this one appears sixth on that page. That order is a rating weighted by review count, not alphabetical and not by distance. Statewide, Washington accounts for 109 independent listings spread over 49 cities, plus 48 chain locations. Wax Pax posts hours for all seven days. A phone number is recorded; a website is not, which makes the phone the only direct route here. Measured from its coordinates, the nearest other shops in the directory are GameStop (2 miles) and Magic Knights, LLC (2 miles).

The directory files this listing under sports cards. That is a classification applied to the business record, not the result of anyone checking a display case. Its own name or description also points to Sealed Wax & Hobby Boxes. Posted hours exist for 10 of Spokane's 11 listings, this one included. Across the week the earliest listed opening is 9 AM and the latest listed close is 9 PM. There is no rating or review count on file here, which keeps the shop out of the rating-based ranking used on the Washington best-shops list. None of this covers what is actually on the shelves. The directory stores contact and location data only, so anything about current stock is a phone call away.
