Chunky Monkey Cardz TCG 4.8(18)

The address on file for Chunky Monkey Cardz is 3124 SW 29th St #8, Topeka, KS 66614. There are 12 card shops on file in Topeka, 10 of them independent; this is the fourth entry in that list. Order on a city page comes from rating shrunk toward the site-wide average by review volume, so a 5.0 from nine reviews does not automatically lead. Statewide, Kansas accounts for 99 independent listings spread over 39 cities, plus 26 chain locations. The directory files this listing under trading card games. That is a classification applied to the business record, not the result of anyone checking a display case. Both a phone number and a website are on file, which puts this listing among the 9 of 12 in Topeka that link out to a site of their own.

Two other listings sit close by: Comets Corner, under a mile off, and Gamers HQ at 1 mile. The closest other cities with listings are Silver Lake, about 9 miles out with 1 shop, and Lawrence at roughly 27 miles. Its 4.8-star Google rating rests on 18 reviews, the ninth-largest review count of the 11 rated listings in Topeka. Hours are posted for 5 of the seven days; Monday and Sunday are marked closed. What the directory does not hold is inventory: there is no record here of what is in the case on a given day, which sets are open, or what the shop pays for cards. Call before you drive.
