Vermont has 5 independent card shops in our directory, plus 3 national chain locations. Of all 8 listings, chains included, 6 are classified under TCG and 2 under sports cards. The ranking below covers independents only, scored by rating and review volume.
Shops here are scored on their Google rating, adjusted for how many reviews stand behind it: each rating is averaged against the site-wide mean of 4.44 stars as though 15 reviews at that mean were added to it. A thin rating moves toward the middle; a well-reviewed one keeps close to its own number. Only 3 of Vermont's 5 eligible independent shops have a rating and review count, so all 3 are ranked, and the other 2 follow at the end of the list with no score. You can see the weighting in the order: Main Street Sports Cards, on 4.7 stars from 95 reviews, ranks above Goblin Games, on 5.0 from 6 reviews. By directory category the list splits 3 under trading card games and 2 under sports cards.
The ranked set is independents only: 3 national chain locations stay listed on the state page but never enter this ordering. Ratings on the list span 4.7 to 5.0 stars, backed by between 6 and 95 reviews, with a median of 69. No city holds more than one place: the 5 shops are spread across 5 different cities. This is an ordering of public ratings, not a review: nobody from Card Shop Hub has visited these shops. For every listing in the state, chains included, see all Vermont card shops.
