Best Card Shops in Alaska

Alaska has 12 independent card shops in our directory, plus 3 national chain locations. Of all 15 listings, chains included, 13 are classified under TCG and 3 under sports cards (a listing filed under both counts in each). The ranking below covers independents only, scored by rating and review volume.

Shops here are scored on their Google rating, adjusted for how many reviews stand behind it: each rating is averaged against the site-wide mean of 4.44 stars as though 15 reviews at that mean were added to it. A thin rating moves toward the middle; a well-reviewed one keeps close to its own number. Only 7 of Alaska's 12 eligible independent shops have a rating and review count, so all 7 are ranked, and the other 5 follow at the end of the list with no score. By directory category the list splits 9 under trading card games, 2 under sports cards, and 1 under both. Every shop on this page is an independent; Alaska's 3 national chain locations are left out of the scoring entirely rather than ranked low.

Ratings on the list span 4.4 to 4.8 stars, on review counts from 3 to 526 (median 42). That is why The Comic Shop (4.7 stars, 526 reviews) sits above Riddle Valley Games (4.8 stars, 30 reviews). The 12 shops come from 7 different cities, led by Anchorage (3), Fairbanks (3), and Juneau (2). This is an ordering of public ratings, not a review: nobody from Card Shop Hub has visited these shops. For every listing in the state, chains included, see all Alaska card shops.
