About the shop
We're named after the page every collection ends up in. Nine pockets, one binder, and the same argument about which card goes in the middle.
How it started
A table at a show, then a bigger table, then a lease in 2016 on a room off Halyard Street with enough space for the back table we actually wanted. The shop grew out of trade night, not the other way round, which is why the table gets the good half of the room.
The neighborhood
Corner of Halyard and 4th, ten minutes from downtown, two doors from the laundromat. Half our regulars walk here. The lot behind the building is free and it's ours, so nobody has to feed a meter to come in and look at cards for an hour.
What we care about
Nobody gets talked down to
Whether you're here for a $2 common or a slab, you get the same counter and the same answers. Everyone who works here started out not knowing any of it either.
Kids are welcome
Sunday afternoons are learn-to-play and the bulk boxes are deliberately cheap. A card shop that isn't fun at eleven doesn't get anyone at thirty.
We're a shop, not a flipper
We hold stock back so the wall isn't empty a week after a release, and we'd rather see you again than clear the shelf on day one.
How we price
Off what things are actually selling for, checked often enough to be honest. If you think something in the case is wrong, say so — sometimes you'll be right and we'd rather know.
Come by
Tuesday through Sunday. Thursday is trade night and it's the best first visit.
